Dealing With The Past... Until Now

I have a wound in my heart that never fully healed for years. Saturday
20/3 I must faced that wound.

It's hard at the first time. I'm totally afraid to confront it. But I
managed to deal some of it, not directly, though.
For this wound, there is never an easy way to close it. Am I a type of
person that holding a grudge?
For this particular case, apparently I am :( God help me, please...
